The product design phase consists of two stages: the CAD/CAM design of the model and then the creation of the prototype.

CAD/CAM design

Through state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software, we design moulds, systems, and automation for a variety of industries, from automotive to robotics, electronics, as well as complex systems for aluminum profiles.

Prototyping

After making the 3D model, we proceed to prototype production.
The prototypes we produce are fully functional and with good mechanical strength in ASA filament, available in different colors.
They are mass-produced replicable prototypes that maintain the same dimensional and structural integrity.
